1. About Us

rubies&pearls is a small business based in Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom, run by Ruby, selling curated antique and vintage jewellery. For any queries, contact hello@rubiesandpearls.co.uk.

2. Products

All items are antique or vintage and are described as accurately as possible, including any known age, wear, or condition. Because pieces are pre-owned, minor signs of age or wear should be expected and are part of each item's character. Each piece is one-of-one; once sold, it is not restocked.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the point of checkout. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked postage to UK addresses. Local collection is not available. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been posted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photography, and design, is the property of rubies&pearls unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

We take reasonable care to describe each item accurately, but as antique and vintage pieces, some variation in condition should be expected. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
