Your Right to Cancel

Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@rubiesandpearls.co.uk with your order details.

Returning an Item

• The item must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition they were sent, with any original packaging
• As each piece is antique or vintage, please handle with care. Items are described accurately, so please review the listing closely before ordering
• Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the full order is cancelled and the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Not as Described

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its listing, contact hello@rubiesandpearls.co.uk as soon as possible with photos, and a replacement or full refund (including return postage) will be arranged.

Local Pickup Orders

Please inspect your piece at the point of collection where possible. The same 14-day cancellation right applies to pickup orders.
